RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Return

Email us at contact@ortizstudio.net within 14 days of delivery, stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number. You may also use the withdrawal form below.

We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns are handled by our partner's warehouse in Italy.

Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
Condition of Returned Items
Please return the bag unused, in its original packaging and with its dust bag. You may handle the item as you would in a store, but you may be liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the item is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of shipment.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping cost. This does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, contact us and we will cancel it free of charge. Once shipped, please follow the return process above.
